DMI oversees the residential and commercial development of The Village at Market Creek through project management, construction, and property management. It is a training business with a focus on double-bottom-line impact that develops blighted properties and recycles that value back in the neighborhoods through local contracting, capacity-building, job creation, businesses development, and the resident ownership of assets.
